As the weather begins to change so does Lighthouse Sound! After a long and cold winter we are very excited to begin the 2016 Season. We have had many positive changes this past winter that we are ready to begin sharing with you!
We welcome a new Executive Chef to the team – Jim Lewis. Jim has years of experience creating delicious and exquisite cuisine and is proving his talents here at Lighthouse Sound. His innovative skills have inspired the entire staff at Lighthouse Sound and most importantly, has left many guests leaving the restaurant full & happy!
With a new Chef comes new menu ideas! This has led us to begin re-creating new menus for the restaurant. Many of the popular favorites will stay like, our famous Crab Cakes & Prime Rib; but we welcome many new items as well. Our brunch menu, offered on Sundays from 10:00-2:00, will be revamped with items that will make you wanting more! These menus will be released by April of 2016 so please feel free to contact us to get more information.
The exciting news does not stop there. Who doesn’t enjoy a cocktail after a long day at the beach, or a glass of wine before dinner?! We have created many specialty drinks which pair nicely with our menu items. We still have the Eastern Shore favorites like an Orange Crush or a John Daly but we welcome you to stop in and try many of our new cocktails like, the Gold Rush – Bulleit Bourbon, Lemon Infused Simple Syrup and Ginger Ale. Enjoy one of these refreshing cocktails and more during Happy Hour in the Lounge from 4:00-7:00 Sunday-Thursday.
